How To Get Rid Of Love Handles

Man boobs and love handles are a common and ugly problem for men. Love handles can most certainly occur in women too, but they are more typically present in males. There are love handle exercises you can do to reduce the size of your love handles. Any abdominal exercises aimed at toning the entire abdominal area will tone the lower back and oblique muscles. Of course, without the proper diet, losing those love handles will be impossible. Try to steer clear of simple carbohydrates if you are trying to lose your love handles or your man boobs.

Love handles are similar to saddle bags on a woman. It’s just an area where extra fat is typically stored on men. Sure, it’s not the most attractive place to hold your fat, but it’s better than holding your fat in chest. Male liposuction is a surgical procedure that could be used to get rid of either problem, however, there are often risks associated with liposuction and lengthy recovery times.

That’s why I recommend eating better and doing some aerobic activity while making sure to work on the oblique muscles that run alongside your abdomen and work on strengthening your lower back as well. Spot training will not get rid of your love handles, man boobs, or whatever else you want to tone up and trim down. You also need to either cut calories or keep a steady aerobic exercise plan to burn some extra calories. Either way, you’ll be on your way to a leaner, more toned you.
